What data do we store?
If you subscribed to email updates or created an OpenWatch account, we may store:
- Your email address
- Your selected state/region and incident-type preferences
- Your subscription or account creation date
- On the mobile app, a device token used to deliver push alerts
We do not sell your data or store more than we need to run the service.
How to delete your data
Email us
Send an email to dev@trdspc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address you used to sign up. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What happens after deletion?
- Your email address and associated preferences are permanently removed from our database
- You will stop receiving all OpenWatch emails and alerts immediately
- This action cannot be undone, you would need to sign up again
- Anonymized analytics data (page views, etc.) cannot be linked back to you and is not deleted
