Suspected bandits attacked farmers on the outskirts of Wasagu town in Danko/Wasagu LGA, Kebbi State on Wednesday afternoon, killing one person and abducting four others. The attack occurred about one kilometre from the community while victims were working on their farms, with local sources indicating nearly 50 residents of Wasagu and neighbouring communities remain in bandit captivity.
