A 30-year-old man was arraigned before an Akure Magistrate's Court and remanded at Olokuta Correctional Centre for allegedly raping an 18-year-old female hawker on June 11, 2026, in Ijagba Community, Ifon, Ondo State. The suspect and an accomplice allegedly lured the victim to their residence under the pretense of paying for goods, then forcibly restrained and sexually assaulted her.
