A man in Nasarawa State was arrested by police after allegedly beating his wife to death following an argument over her refusal to prepare food. The suspect confessed to the act and expressed remorse.

A 30-year-old man was arrested in Agyaragu, Obi LGA, Nasarawa State, after allegedly beating his 20-year-old wife to death during a domestic dispute over her refusal to prepare food. The suspect confessed to the attack and the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.

A pastor was arrested for allegedly defiling a 16-year-old girl under the pretense of performing spiritual cleansing. The incident was reported by the victim's guardian after noticing behavioral changes in the victim.

A cleric has been arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl in Karshi, Nasarawa State. The suspect reportedly deceived the victim's aunt and threatened the victim to keep the incident secret.
