A newborn was abducted from her mother in Kidnawi 2, Maraban Gurku, Nasarawa State, by two men who forced their way into the mother's room at night. The police have been notified and are investigating the incident.

A violent clash in Unguwan Yobe community resulted in the deaths of five individuals, including a herder shot by a vigilante member, leading to a reprisal attack by other herders. Four houses, two vehicles, and three motorcycles were also set ablaze during the conflict.

Violence erupted in the Maraba Gurku community of Nasarawa State, resulting in three fatalities during a clash between a mobile police officer and herders over a dispute involving cattle and property. The situation escalated into a reprisal attack leading to additional casualties.

Police rescued 40 victims of human trafficking, mostly Malian nationals, from a bungalow in Orange Market, Mararaba, Nasarawa State. The prime suspect has been arrested as investigations continue.
