Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma conducted precision airstrikes on Monday in the Dogon Dawa axis of Shiroro LGA, Niger State, neutralising several terrorists after intelligence indicated a convergence of over 200 suspected terrorists on motorcycles. In a separate armed reconnaissance mission in Birnin Gwari LGA, Kaduna State, the air component intercepted and engaged three motorcycles carrying suspected bandits heading toward Kamuku Forest who were mobilising for reprisal attacks.
