An angry mob lynched and set ablaze a young man in Balare, Ajingi LGA, Kano State, after accusing him of attempting to steal a motorcycle at the community's weekly market. Security personnel who responded were overwhelmed by the crowd and could not intervene in time.

A young man died after sustaining multiple stab wounds and deep machete cuts in a suspected gang attack along the Dan Agundi–Nassarawa stretch of Kano metropolis on Sunday night. Approximately 200 suspected gang members stormed the area; the victim was rushed to hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

A 16-year-old boy died after being stabbed in the neck by a friend following a disagreement in the Gama area of Nassarawa LGA, Kano State. The incident occurred on Thursday night and the victim was buried on Friday; no police statement or arrest had been confirmed as of the time of reporting.

A 15-year-old boy was killed during a violent altercation among teenagers over food in Gwangwan Village, Rogo LGA, Kano State. The victim was stabbed during the fight and later died in the hospital.
