A 22-year-old teacher at a nursery and primary school in Olamaboro LGA, Kogi State, died on June 25, 2026, after being repeatedly assaulted by the father of a pupil she had disciplined on June 17, along with accomplices. The victim sustained severe injuries from multiple attacks on June 17 and 18, was hospitalized, and succumbed to her injuries; suspects fled before police arrived and efforts to apprehend them are ongoing.
