A dispute over a mandatory daily operational pass among commercial tricycle (keke NAPEP) operators in Angwan Kassa, Jalingo turned fatal when a rider returned with his brother and associates armed with knives and stabbed a union pass issuer in the neck, killing him. Two suspects were arrested and security personnel were deployed to the area to maintain order.
